Green chilli puree & powder Licensing cum Training at ICAR-CIPHET, Ludhiana

Green chilli is one of major spices crop grown in India which presently attracting attention of all persons due to rise in prices. The price is directly related to supply-Demand of the commodity. To get the very good prices during present season, many farmers switch to grow green chilli due to which supply in the market increases many fold and market glut fetches very low prices to farmers commodity such green chilli. Institute technology management unit, ICAR- CIPHET Ludhiana has conducted licensing and hands on training on preparation of Green chilli puree & powder from 3rd – 5th March, 2016 at    ICAR-CIPHET, Ludhiana. Dr.  Mridula, D., Pr. Scientist and Dr. Ramesh Kumar, Sr. Scientist of CIPHET imparted hands on training to Mr. Nimesh Thakar of  M/s Organic World, Ranchhod Krupa, Dharmaj-388 430, Gujarat.  Dr. V.E. Nambi, In charge ITMU, CIPHET assured them that all possible help will be extended for establishment of food processing business. Dr. R.K. Gupta, Director ICAR-CIPHET, Ludhiana awarded license and training certificate to entrepreneur on successful completion of the training.
